02 How they work with us

  • They work under contract and may only use the data to provide their service to us.
  • They take on confidentiality and security obligations equivalent to ours.
  • They cannot use the data to train AI models or for their own purposes.
  • They only access the data they need for their task.

03 Your students' payments

Stripe, Mercado Pago and PayPal also process your students' payments, but they do it with your own account and under your contract with them. They are not Niceplace's providers for those charges.

04 Services you connect

These services exchange data with Niceplace only if you turn them on: Google (sign-in and Drive), Vimeo, Zoom, Meta (public professional Instagram accounts) and Tenor (GIF search in communities). Their own policies apply.

05 List with names

If you are a creator and need the list with each provider's name, ask for it at [email protected] with the subject «Providers». We keep it up to date. The terms you accept are in the Data Processing Agreement.
