Terms for students and members

The rules for using creators' campuses and communities on Niceplace.

01 Who you are dealing with

The campus, courses and communities you use belong to an independent creator who uses Niceplace as a tool. When you buy or enroll, the contract is with that creator: they set the content, price, access dates and refund policy.

Niceplace provides the platform and is responsible for keeping it running and protecting your data on the creator's behalf. These terms cover your use of the platform.

02 Your access

  • You sign in with a code we email you or with your Google account.
  • Your access is personal. Don't share your account or course content with other people.
  • The creator decides how long your access lasts. If they close their Niceplace account, access may end; claim what you are owed from the creator.

03 Payments

Payments go to the creator's account, through Stripe, Mercado Pago, PayPal or bank transfer. If you buy with a payment plan or by subscription, you authorize future charges on the stated dates. For refunds or payment complaints, write to the creator.

04 The guide

The guide is an artificial intelligence assistant that answers with the course content. It answers your questions, but it can be wrong: don't use it as your only source for health, legal or financial decisions.

Your conversations with the guide are saved so you can pick them up again. The creator can see an analysis of their students' questions to improve the course. Your conversations are not used to train general-purpose AI models, neither ours nor our providers'.

05 Communities

In communities, treat other people with respect and follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the creator's rules. What you post is yours, but other members can see it. The creator can moderate, hide or delete posts, and Niceplace uses automated moderation to detect prohibited content.

06 Your data

The creator controls your data and Niceplace processes it on their behalf. To exercise your rights, write to the creator. If they don't reply, write to [email protected] and we will pass your request on to them. More information in the Privacy Policy.
