Acceptable Use Policy

The rules that keep Niceplace a safe place to teach and learn.

Last updated November 1, 2026 For creators and students

This is a translation. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

01 Who it applies to

This policy applies to you, whether you are a creator, an administrator, a student or a community member, in everything you publish or do on Niceplace: sites, courses, communities, chats, messages and AI features.

02 Content that is not allowed

  • Illegal content, or content that promotes illegal activities.
  • Sexual material involving minors, of any kind. We report it to the authorities.
  • Explicit sexual or pornographic content, of any kind.
  • Hate, harassment, threats or incitement to violence against people or groups.
  • Content that infringes other people's copyright, trademarks, image or privacy.
  • Third parties' personal information published without their permission.

03 Sales and promises

  • Don't use Niceplace for scams or to promise fake earnings. The testimonials, figures and reviews you show must be real: don't make them up or buy them.
  • Don't sell prohibited products or services: weapons, drugs, prescription medicines, fake documents, pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing or gambling.
  • You are responsible for following the consumer and advertising laws of the countries where you sell: a clear price, clear terms and a real way to contact you.

04 Communication and spam

  • Write only to people who gave you their email or have a relationship with you. Don't buy or import third-party contact lists.
  • Every commercial message must identify you and include a simple way to unsubscribe.
  • Don't use Niceplace to send unsolicited bulk messages or to impersonate another person or brand.

05 Rules for using AI

  • You are responsible for what you publish, even if the AI generated it. Review it first.
  • Don't try to get around its limits: making it ignore its rules, reveal other creators' information or produce content this policy prohibits.

06 Technical use

  • Don't try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
  • Don't upload malware or use Niceplace to host files that are not part of your educational business.
  • Don't scrape data automatically, overload the platform or get around your plan's limits.
  • If you find a vulnerability, report it following our security policy.

07 What we do when something breaks this policy

We review reports and also use automated tools, including AI moderation in communities. Depending on how serious it is, we may ask you to fix something, hide or remove the content, limit features or suspend the account. We explain why, and you can ask for a person to review it by replying to our notice.

To report someone else's content, follow the steps in Report content.
