Report content
The process for reporting content published on Niceplace and what we do with each report.
This is a translation. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
01 What can be reported
- Content that infringes your copyright, trademark or image.
- Content that is illegal under applicable law: fraud, hate, threats, exposed personal data, among others.
- Content that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy.
02 How to report
Write to [email protected] with the subject «Report» and include:
- The exact address of the content (the URL).
- Why you believe it is illegal or infringes your rights. For copyright, which work is yours and where you published it.
- Your name and a contact email. If you act on behalf of someone else, on whose behalf.
- A statement that the information is correct and that you act in good faith.
If you have an account, you can also report a post from the community.
03 What we do with each report
We confirm receipt and review the report without delay. If the content is clearly illegal or infringes rights, we remove or block it. We tell the person who published it, with the reason, and we tell you the decision.
If an account repeatedly infringes, we may close it.
04 If your content was reported
We will send you the reason and, where appropriate, a copy of the report. If you think it is a mistake or that you have the right to publish that content, reply to our notice explaining why. A person will review the decision and, if you are right, we will restore the content.
If you disagree with our final decision, you can turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or to the courts.
05 Authorities
Authorities can contact us at [email protected] with the subject «Authorities». We respond in Spanish and English. We only hand over data under a valid order and, where the law allows, we notify the affected person.
